Explanation: A surgical error cannot be it because it talks about the side effects like discomfort or the conditions is causing the patient to deteriorate instead of improving. If it is an imaging error, chances are it can be it but you are usually are trying identifying the signs and symptoms. Chronic bronchitis is the inflammation of the bronchial tubes. Emphysema has a different defitition even though it has few symptoms that has in common such as shortness of breath. Emphysema is a condition that causes shortness of breaths. However, the air sacs (alveoli) are damaged. If it is a medication error, then the signs and symptoms that the patient is trying to manage is not very effective. Medication error, imaging error and surgical error scratches it out. So therefore, a diagonstic error should be correct. Hope you find these helpful
