Something that could help:

After travel, all travelers should take these actions to protect others from getting sick: Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms' length) from anyone who is not from your household. It's important to do this everywhere — both indoors and outdoors. Wear a mask to keep your nose and mouth when you are outside of your home.

Answer:

if you did travel somewhere out of state the safety guidlines would be strict because of the corona and the ability of people getting sick, some states would tell you wear a mask, some could tell you to stay 6 feet apart, but most of all just be safe because of the corona and what is happening in our country's and states today.

They would probably be different just because of what is going on in the world now.

What book is this quote from "we cannot tell the precise moment when friendship is formed. as in filling a vessel drop by drop,
ycow [4]

I agree with you, this quote is from the novel “Fahrenheit 451” by Ray Bradbury.

This particular quote is found on page 67, second paragraph of the novel “Fahrenheit 451” written by an American writer Ray Bradbury in 1953. This quote from Bradbury's “Fahrenheit 451” can be found also in “The Life of Samuel Johnson, LL.D.” written by James Boswell and it serves as an allusion because when Montag starts to read books he remembers his encounter with Faber, his lifelong friend, which is the same for Boswell and his lifelong friend Samuel Johnson.
