Answer:

A. It decreased the population because Native Americans were not

immune to European diseases.

Explanation:

Among all the animals and plants, Europeans brought to Native Americans many terrible diseases. Native Americans were strong but they didn’t have an immune system resistant to European diseases.

Native people had no resistance to such diseases as measles, smallpox, mumps, whooping cough, influenza, chickenpox, and typhus. The main disease that had a great impact was smallpox. This disease decreased habitats in a meaningful way.

- What do you think death meant when he said: 'A SMALL BUT NOTEWORTHY NOTE I've seen so many young men
mrs_skeptik [129]

Answer:

When Death said "A SMALL BUT NOTEWORTHY NOTE I've seen so many young men over the years who think they're running at other young men. They are not. They're running at me," I believe he meant this: young men in battle see their adversaries as each other. This viewpoint gives them a certain expectation of what will happen. However, in actuality they do battle with Death. Death does not mention, however, that young men’s inaccurate understanding, whether devised by themselves or promoted by their superiors, provides the foundation for all battles to take place.

When revising an essay, it's a good idea to write down a sentence stating what your essay is about. If you can't summarize it in
lana [24]

Answer: D

Explanation: If you can not summarize your passage, you do not have a clear thesis. A thesis is your purpose. It is at the beginning of your essay, and is the one sentence that explains what the rest of the essay is. Remember, a thesis is like the backbone of the essay, without it, your essay does not make sense.
