Bill was an unshakable vision and seems to be passionate about his work. He is very convincing and his energy is contagious. You get the sense that he's willing to do whatever it takes to achieve this vision and makes you believe he's fearless.
His wife Kathy is extremely strong-willed and perseverant. She seems to be very much oriented to details and efficient when it comes to the logistic of raising the money. She brings a grounding element that makes it easy to trust her.

George Mason was one of the leading figures in creating the Bill of Rights. After storming out of the Constitutional Convention because the Constitution didn't contain a declaration of humanrights, he worked to pass amendments that would protect citizens from an intrusive government
He did not believe they had the right to seperate, and because of that he decided to declare war against the states. There had already been tension building to this point.
In 1633 the views of people overall in sciences and the church were more constricted because what was said was obeyed. 1992 is closer to our time where scientific discoveries were expanded on and investigated, not completely ignored. The Church has been more open to other ideas while still remaining strong to the Catholic tradition in current years as opposed to the 1600s.
