torisob [31]

Answer:

C) can get started more easily and maneuver faster

Explanation:

A small business (sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company) can maneuver much faster than any corporation simply because the owners are the managers of the business. The owners do not have to ask anyone for permission to make any decisions or decide new business activities. Also, last but not least, you are your own boss, and that is priceless.

Small businesses are also much easier to set up and do not require a lot of paperwork and authorizations to start operating.

Stella [2.4K]

Answer:

The options for this question are the following:

A. current reality assessment

B. establish the mission

C. prepare values statement

D. maintain strategic control

The correct answer is A. current reality assessment .

Explanation:

The current evaluation has been designed to evaluate competencies. In the new trends, two support centers can be found: one, focused on the critical review of education sciences in particular and social sciences in general and the other, more pragmatic, derived from the new challenges introduced by the progress dizzying of science and technology.

The traditional evaluation procedure responds to content-based education. It is based on forms of institutionalized obedience and tends to lead the educational process to the school routine and the use of coercive measures, thus impeding the search for critical and creative thinking.

The following data relate to direct labor costs for the current period:
mr Goodwill [35]

Answer:$2,125 unfavorable

Explanation:

Given

Standard costs     9,000 hours at $5.50

Actual costs        8,500 hours at $5.75

we have two formulas to calculate  for direct labor rate variance is:

1ST ----Direct Labor rate variance = (Actual Rate- Standard Rate ) x Actual hour

=( $5.75 -$5.50) x 8,500 =  $2,125 unfavorable

2ND----Direct Labor Rate Variance=Actual Direct Labor Cost Incurred - Standard Direct Labor Cost Based on Actual Hours

=Actual Hours x Actual Rate -Actual Hours x Standard Rate

= ($5.75 x 8,500 hours)-($5.50 x 8,500 hours)

$48,875 - $46,750 = $2,125 unfavorable

when the  actual rate is higher than the standard rate, the Direct Labor Rate Variance is unfavorable and if the actual rate is lower than standard rate, the variance is favorable.
