There is no apparent relationship between the income level and voting habits, since there are places like Miami-Dade, that have high incomes, and tends to be more heavily Democratic. But other places with high incomes, such as Jacksonville, tends to be more heavily Republican.

There are also examples on the lower income side: Glades County, which has one of the lowest income levels in Florida, tends to be heavily Republican, while Gadsden County, which also has a low income level, tends to be heavily Democratic.
