Detoxification is the process of removing toxic substances from the body.

Explanation:

Detoxification is a metabolic process of eliminating toxins from the body. We know that metabolism uses and produces energy from the foods we eat. Our body can use this energy quickly within hours or store it in body tissues such as the liver, muscles and fat cells. Through detoxification, then, it is possible to remove part of these substances that are useless, or that would be harmful. The idea is to remove natural or synthetic toxic substances from your body.
