You would cut the kite up into two triangles , the first triangle would be 10 x 5 and the divide by two. The other one would be 15 x 10 and divide by two. The add those together.

15 x 10 divided by 2 is 75 and 10 x 5 divided by 2 is 25 added together is 100. :)
