Answer: No one can really answer this for you, but this is just my situation...

I was struggling with anxiety that was about to turn into depression. I was afraid to talk about it, since i had always been veiwed as the strong child in our family. However, my best friend knew something was wrong, and asked me every day to talk to her about it. I finally started opening up to her, and she helped me get through it. My paeents still don't know. I have learned, however, that everyone needs help sometimes, and I should not be scared to talk about it. I owe her all my happiness...
