Based on my understanding of voter turnout, I suspect we will see the lowest turnout with an incumbent Democrat state legislator running unopposed in the primary. This is mainly due to the fact the voters only have one option to vote for and that person will win regardless since there is no one running against him/her. Therefore only few of the people who were going to vote for him/her will show up to vote.

After the end of the Civil War and the reconstruction era, the United States was prospering and in cities such as New York and Chicago, businessmen and families were amassing enormous wealth.

Over the course of the next century, big businesses were able to become ever bigger. Monopolies became common and the great depression there was a clear gap between the very poor in the society and the top 1 %

Thee might be some cases where correlation might be established but it is not proof of a clear relationship.
