The correct answer is C. Jordan, an executive chef in a five-star restaurant, uses a secret recipe book owned by the restaurant to prepare exotic dishes.

Explanation:

Explicit knowledge differs from other types of knowledge because this can be easily accessed and in most cases, it has been recorded, which means it can be found in documents, videos, etc. Besides this, explicit knowledge is often general and can be understood by many because different from implicit knowledge this is not created based on a person's experiences.

The secret recipe book Jordan uses is an example of explicit knowledge because the knowledge that is necessary to prepare exotic dishes has been recorded into a document, and due to this, chefs just need to read this to understand it. Also, this is a general knowledge that can be understood and used not only by Jordan but by different chefs.

As a judge, i would rule in favor if Bakilana

By confiscating her password and forcing her to work for long hours, Bakilana had cause intentional infliction of emotional distress toward kiwanuka.

Bakilana has intentionally inflicted emotional distress to Kiwanuka by taking extreme/outrageous conduct such as taking her passwords and mentally abuse Kiwanuka.

But, that's being said, Kiwanuka does not present any proof about her accusation. (recording or witnesses). If Kiwanuka provide them, as a judge I will rule in favour of her. But since there is still a reasonable doubt that the accusation is false, i would rule in favor of Bakilana.

How did the war with Mexico and the acquisition of the Oregon territory illustrate manifest destiny?
Arisa [49]
Manifest Destiny was the belief that the U.S. settlers had a sort of "right" to settle in America and to defend their land there.

both of these events had to do with the expansion of the US territory. which is one way that Manifest Destiny is realized (the war with Mexico was over Mexico's acceptance of Texas as a part of the US).

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

My plan of activities would be the following.

The first thing would be the executive summary of the plan.

Then, the objective and goals of the event. I would follow with the permissions with the locality, policeman, and transit authority.

Regarding operations, I would elaborate a list of administrative support, registration process, judges, electronic watches and markers providers, and medals or trophies.

I have to prepare a budget to get ready for the financial situation. The price of the ticket per participant is very important.

Regarding marketing and promotions, I would invite some sponsors and I would present to them the sponsorship manual so they can choose what fits them better.

Regarding PR, I would use social media but some traditional outlets such as radio interviews and some printing media advertising.

  • Piaget's theory of  can be  Centration  regarded as a theory that explains how possible is it for a child to be focused at one aspect or point which cover them from seeing wider picture.

  • For instance, a child can focus on just the height of a container without considering the breath.

Therefore, centration is about focusing on a point.
