The characteristic feature of the virus to infect the living organism makes it useful for genetic research.

Explanation:

Certain viruses are regularly utilized as vectors in genetic research since they can convey the new quality by infecting the cell. They are modified genetically to make them as vector in such a manner that the virus acts only as the vector and doesn’t cause any disease to the living cell. As vector virus injects their hereditary material with new gene into a chromosome in the human cell and starts to replicate.

What differentiates anthropocentric and biocentric views of the environment?
Dafna11 [192]
If we were to differentiate anthroprocentric and biocentric views of the environment you could say that anthroprocentric is more holistic than biocentric. They consider the importance of the environment to human beings. Biocentric sees humans as an individual part of the environment.

Also Biocentric views tend to focus more on biotic factors (living things) and anthroprocentric veer towards the abiotic factors (non-living things).

Why do scientists believe Neanderthals had some interbreeding with AMHs?
Gelneren [198K]

Explanation:

However, in 2016 researchers published a new set of Neanderthal DNA sequences from Altai Cave in Siberia, as well as from Spain and Croatia, that show evidence of human-Neanderthal interbreeding as far back as 100,000 years ago farther back than many previous estimates of humans' migration out of Africa (Kuhlwilm Dec 11, 2020
