That equal to 6/4 because in the six you have to put 6/1 and the multiply 6/1x1/4=6/4

Here's a helpful tip- PEMDAS doesn't count when its only multiplication and division, or only addition and subtraction.

So for this equation, and similar ones, all you need to do is go from left to right.

6 x 1 = 6

6 / 4 = 2/3

INTEGERS A frog starts at 0 on a number line. It jumps 100 units to the right then jumps 200 units to the left. It then jumps 19
Stella [2.4K]

On the number line after 10 moves frog is at the integer -96.

Given that, a frog starts at 0 on a number line.

It jumps 100 units to the right then jumps 200 units to the left=+100-200=-100 (2 moves).

It then jumps 199 units to the right followed by 198 units to the left =-100+199-198=-99 (2 moves).

It then jumps 197 units to the right followed by 196 units to the left =-99+197-196=-98 (2 moves).

It then jumps 195 units to the right followed by 194 units to the left =-98+195-194=-97 (2 moves).

It then jumps 193 units to the right followed by 192 units to the left =-97+193-192=-96 (2 moves).

Hence, on the number line after 10 moves frog is at the integer -96.

What is the distance (in units) between points C and D? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth. A. 4.54 B. 5.00 C. 5.83 D. 3
Kryger [21]

Answer:

5.83 = CD

Step-by-step explanation:

We can use the pythagorean theorem to solve

The legs are the x and y distances

x = (1- -4) = 5 units and y = 3 units

a^2+ b^2 = c^2

5^2 + 3^2 = c^2

25+9 = c^2

34 = c^2

Taking the square root of each side

sqrt(34) = c  which is the distance from C to D

5.830951895 = CD

5.83 = CD

Find the probability of selecting a z score between -0.85 and 1.15
Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

0.6772

Step-by-step explanation:

Use a z-score table.

P(-0.85 < z < 1.15) = P(z < 1.15) − P(z < -0.85)

P(-0.85 < z < 1.15) = 0.8749 − 0.1977

P(-0.85 < z < 1.15) = 0.6772
