Answer: Atomism

Explanation:

In a strict sense, atomism states that atoms are qualitatively identical, combinable only by juxtaposition, and indivisible. however, some forms of atomism are less strict on these features. Nuclear reactions show atoms that are no longer viewed as indivisible because more fundamental particles emerge in the explanations of nuclear reactions.

astraxan [27]

cooperative federalism is characterized by ''a stronger, more influential national government''.

The practice of cooperative federalism is relatively new. The federal grant-in-aid programs are primarily connected with its key characteristics, which include sharing of policy duties and financial resources, interdependence of administration, and overlap of functions. but the national government is a strong and influential force.

Cooperative federalism allows the states to manage the building and maintenance of interstate highways in conformity with the national government's objectives while the federal government distributes tax income to the states to pay them. This term was given to the era of  1901-1960.

How did the alliance system drag countries into the war
Luden [163]
The alliance system drag other countries into the war, because of the treaties and peace acts they had made with each other. So if one country was attacked, the countries it had an alliance with. Would have to help fight back with them, and during that time almost every country had an alliance with another. So all it took was for another country with lots of alliances to attack another with just as many. To bring about a huge war, hope this helped.
