The March utility bills (in dollars) of 30 homeowners are listed below. 44 38 41 50 36 36 43 42 49 48 35 40 37 41 43 50 45 45 39

38 50 41 47 36 35 40 42 43 48 33 Using these given data to construct a frequency distribution using 5 classes and using 33 as the lower class limit of the first class.

Step-by-step explanation:

What we will do is create a table with the data they give us, the first thing will be to organize it from smallest to largest, like this:

33, 35, 35, 36, 36, 36, 37, 38, 38, 39, 40, 40, 41, 41, 41, 42, 42, 43, 43, 43, 44, 45, 45, 47, 48, 48, 49, 50, 50, 50

Now we know that the smallest number is 33 and the largest is 50, to create 5 ranges, we will calculate the difference and divide by 5.

(50 - 33) / 5 = 3.4

Therefore we will make ranges of 3 and 4, values, like this

Rank 1: 33 - 36

Rank 2: 37 - 39

Rank 3: 40 - 43

Rank 4: 44 - 46

Rank 5: 47 - 50

We will calculate the frequency distribution of values in each range:

Rank 1: 6

Rank 2: 4

Rank 3: 10

Rank 4: 3

Rank 5: 7

How do you solve g= y-c+x for x
SOVA2 [1]
To solve for x just isolate x by moving the other variables so....:
First add c to both sides
g+c= y+x
Subtract y from both sides
g+c-y= x
That should be your final answer (we cannot come up with an actual digit for x because there are no numbers in this equation we simply can make an equation for x)

Question 11
Anarel [89]

Answer:

the trainee calculated the incorrect amount

It should be 0.5 mL

Step-by-step explanation:

The physician orders penicillin 500,000 units for a patient while the concentration of the drug you have is 1,000,000 units/ 1mL. It's clear that 1mL drug is too much for the patient since 1,000,000 units are higher than 500,000 units.

The amount of penicillin in 1.5 mL will be definitely higher than 1,000,000 units, so it must be a lot higher than the physician's orders. We can roughly guess that the trainee draws an incorrect amount.

To calculate the exact volume you need, you have to divide the amount of the drug you need with the concentration of the drug. The calculation will be:

the volume needed = amount of the drug you need/ concentration of the drug

volume needed =  500,000 units / (1,000,000 units/ 1mL)= 1/2 mL = 0.5 mL
