All men are free. Except for colored men and women. The Declaration never gave them any specific rights. Only the white men.
The Westerners were unable to travel by land from Europe to Asia in the fourteenth century because the Mongols were strong in Asia at that time and killed anybody that came through the mountains that bordered Europe.
