Plagiarism involves the use of a persons intellectual property and writings without due reference or acknowledgment. This isn’t accepted in all areas of life mostly in the academic field and is a grave offense.
To present someone else’s work as your own is plagiarism is known as both a violation of patent law and an unethical and unprofessional act.
