Who studies in a university? A.monks B.priests C.nuns D. scholars
maksim [4K]

D is the correct answer.

Scholar comes from the Old English and means "learner"

A University is a place of higher education. And so, Universities are where scholars go to learn a variety of subjects.

Religious officials such as monks, priests, and nuns often attend some classes at Universities before attending Seminaries.

Can someone shorten this paragraph for me please.
TiliK225 [7]

Answer:

The early United States was not a land of opportunity or equality. We're not evem there yet, but we are transitioning to being one. I think of the Royal Colony/ Trustee period when I think of the early United States. I'm dreaming about colonizing Britain.(is this part of your assignment? otherwise I dont know if it is neccasary in making your point.) After we were finaly able to achieve our freedom, owing to our ethnocentric ways of thought, we participated in unethical actions. In the south, we treated slaves terribly. Generational trauma, African American disenfranchisement, and much more have been triggered by us. Free speech was already the first amendment right when the constitution was created(same, I don't

know if this idea is necessary, and it doesn't really fit into the rest of your paragraph.)

So, I changed some words and cut some extra ones out. The lines I bolded seem like they are required for your assignment, but if they aren't I suggest you cut them out. Hope that helped :)
