Where does translation occur?
marishachu [46]

Answer:a). ribosomes

Explanation: Translation occurs in the ribosome. Translation is another name for protein synthesis. It is a process in which the genetic information encoded in an mRNA is converted into protein in the ribosome. Transcription occurs in the nucleus and transcription is the process by which a DNA molecule is copied into an mRNA. This takes place in the nucleus. After transcription, the mRNA produced is transported from the nucleus to the ribosome where translation occurs.

Compare and contrast mineral resources and mineral reserves
Nesterboy [21]

Answer:

Mineral resources are a concentration of minerals in Earth's crust that can be extracted and processed now or in the future, and including unidentified sources. Mineral reserves are those that are identified and can be mined profitably under current economic conditions with current technology. Both are potentially valuable, and for which reasonable prospects exist for eventual economic extraction

A jogger in July produces large amounts of sweat. Due to this the kidneys change the rate of urine production. Why is this impor
ivolga24 [154]
When it's hot or when the organism starts sweating a lot, this causes an amount of water to be lost from the body. Water is important for the organism to survive and it's absence wi lead to death, therefore Osmoreceptors cells in the hypothalamus in the brain, sends signals to increase the rate of water re-absorption by the kidney. This causes the urine to be of a low volume and more concentrated. This allows enough water to be used by the body as a lot has been lost during sweating.
