Western high plateau of Bamends Grassfields is a part of Cameroon. It has cool temperatures, Savannah vegetation and heavy rainfall. It consists of Volcanoes and mountain ranges that are made of Crystalline and igneous rocks, the region lies along the Cameroon line. Southern Cameroon plateau  lies in its southeast and the Adamawa plateau lies in the northeast and the Cameroon Coastal plains in the south.

it is basically an opinion answer. there is no wrong answer per se but Lincoln's plan was more moderate. His biggest desire was to re-unite the country, not to punish them. they probably would have been more ok with what the Radical Republicans wanted which was to punish the South.
