I don't know your goals, but here should be the format:

1. Write your past goals, and how you have accomplished/changed them into different goals

2. Write your new goals, and what you are doing to reach them. Write about what you are doing to meet your past changed goals

3. Write about future goals that you can only do once you meet your present goals. For example, if you must master a certain skill in karate before you move to the next belt, then write how you will train to do that certain skill now and how you will train to do upcoming skills for your next karate belt.

(I don't know what the format for this is, but I would suggest doing it in paragraph format).

Sample format: (based of tennis, cause I am a tennis player)

1. Yada yada yada, I used to be a toothpick with skinny legs and arms, but I worked out every day, and I got stronger and more muscular

2. I am currently on a diet to gain weight because I am below the weight limit, and I am eating at least 2,500 calories a day

3. Once I eat more and get taller, I will train and keep working out to get faster. I will also work out my thighs and get stronger because my thigh strength is not the greatest.

[the following sample above is mostly true].

I hope this helps!

There is no right or wrong answer to this question as the answer will depend on the personality and characteristic of each person. There is no answer that would be universally correct. However, we can look at examples that might provide inspiration.

First, you have to talk about what your goals were in the past. This most likely includes childish dreams that you might not take seriously anymore, for example, becoming a famous celebrity or being a millionaire. It can also include hobbies or interests that you no longer enjoy.

When you discuss what you are working on now, focus on your everyday actions. For example, whether you are working hard at school, or whether you are pursuing any extracurricular activities.

Finally, when talking about the future, try to connect your present activities and experiences with your future plans, and show how you expect that these will come together.
