I'm pretty sure I got this right= x = -17

So, I just took away -8x from -9x to get -1

the sum looks like this now: -1+3=20.

Now, opposite of +3 is -3 so +3 cancels out -3.

Then you take that -3 and take 3 away from 20.

The sum is this now: -1x =17

Now, divide -1 from -1x and it gives you x.

Then divide -1 from 17 and it gets you to -17
