Answer:

No, they didn't.

Step-by-step explanation:

If you consider that the 30% of the ingredients were the 28 kilograms of herbs and spices they added after cooking raw ingredients and before packing the soup in cans, then, the raw ingredients represent 70% of the total weight, so:

30% ---- 28 kg (herbs and spices)

70% ---- x= 70*28/30= 65,33 kg (raw ingredients)

So the total weight of soup produced and sold were: 28 kg + 65,33 kg = 93,33 kg

We can consider that a can of soup is 10 ounces = 0,28 kg Aprox.

If 0,28 kg = 1 can of soup,

then 93,33 kg = 333,32 cans of soup (= 93,33 kg/0,28 kg)

So they didn't sell more than 4800 cans of soup A last year.

If each acute angle of a parallelogram measures 59 degrees, then what is the masure of each obtuse angle?
xenn [34]
A parallelogram has to have a total of 360 degrees in angles, so we take 59 x 2 to get 118, we then subtract 118 from 360, 360 - 118 =  242, we then divide by two because a parallelogram has 2 obtuse angles, giving us an answer of 121 degrees. Hope this helps
