Describe the skills or attributes you believe are necessary to be an outstanding teacher.
tekilochka [14]
There are many skills and attributes that can make a good teacher depending on the subject, the grade level, the types of students they will be teaching and where they are teaching. The main things that I find important in a good teacher are: an active listener, reliable, ability to give constructive feedback, available, caring, understanding, and adaptable. Teacher's will have upwards of 30+ students in a class at once who come from different backgrounds and knowledge. It's important for them to be able to posses skills that allow them to teach to many different types of people and learners.

The correct answer is cognitive processes.

In operant conditioning, cognitive processes involve expectations and beliefs that people or animals have about whether or not their behaviors and actions will be rewarded (reinforced) or punished (to prevent reinforcement). For instance, if a child gets caught stealing a candy by his or her parent, he or she will have expectations that the behavior will likely be punished in some way rather than rewarded.

Leaders who state that they have an open-door policy have clearly invited and indicated that feedback is welcome.
GalinKa [24]
That statement is true.
In business management, open-door policy refers to the effort taken by the manager/organization to make the leaders of their organization became easily accessible for the subordinates.
This type of policy would be really ideal for the company who want to take care of their employee's concerns and hear out all of their ideas/aspirations.
