<1 = 64 degrees
<1 and <4 make 180 degrees because a line is 180 degrees
so take 180 - 64 = 116
Therefore <4 is 116

To find x
take 180= 64+3x-25
141=3x
x=47

1 will equal 64 you take 64 and subtract it by 180 that'll be 112..when the teacher ask you how you got 1 tell him/her that 1 and 3 are adjacent angles...if she ask how you got 4 tell him/her subtract 180-64= 112

-2=3(y-2) how do you solve this problem for y
Ksivusya [100]

Answer:

y= 4/3

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Simplify both sides of the equation.

−2=3(y−2)

−2=(3)(y)+(3)(−2)(Distribute)

−2=3y+−6

−2=3y−6

Step 2: Flip the equation.

3y−6=−2

Step 3: Add 6 to both sides.

3y−6+6=−2+6

3y=4

Step 4: Divide both sides by 3.

3y /3 = 4 /3

y= 4/3

Answer:

y= 4/3
