For the first figure the Circumference of the circle is: 5.3\ip\pi cm.

For the second figure the Circumference of the circle is: 80\ip\pi inch.

<h3>What is Circumference of the Circle?</h3>

The circumference of a circle is defined as the linear distance around it.

i.e.,  C= 2 *\pi*r

  • For First Figure,

Circumference of the circle:

= 2 *\pi*r

= 2 *\pi* \frac{5.3}{2}

= 2 *\pi*2.65

Circumference= 5.3*\pi cm

  • For the second Figure,

Circumference = 2 *\pi*r

= 2 *\pi*40

 = 80 *\pi

Circumference =80\pi \;inch

For the first figure the Circumference of the circle is: 5.3\ip\pi cm.

For the second figure the Circumference of the circle is: 80\ip\pi inch.

Find the distance x rounded to<br> the nearest tenth.
anyanavicka [17]

Answer:

x=0.1 ~ft

Step-by-step explanation:

cot30=\frac{B}{H} =\frac{B}{H}

\frac{\sqrt{3} }{2} =\frac{B}{H}=H=\frac{16}{\sqrt{3} }

sin70=\frac{X}{H} =\frac{P}{H}

sin70=\frac{x}{\frac{16}{\sqrt{3} } }

x=\frac{\sqrt{3} }{16 ~sin70}

=0.1152

x=0.1

Math help what is the answer will give brainliest.
artcher [175]
The two equations are
x + y = 7
and
4x + 2.5y = 22
the first equation can be solved for x to be
x = 7 - y
next you can substitute x in the second equation
4(7 - y) + 2.5y = 22
Distribute 4 to everything in the parentheses
28 - 4y + 2.5y = 22
combine like terms:
28 - 1.5y = 22
subtract 28 from both sides of the equation
- 1.5y =  - 6
divide both sides by -1.5
y =  4
plug this in to the original equation of x+y=7
x + 4 = 7
subtract 4 from both sides.
x = 3
Final Answer: they bought 3 adult tickets and 4 student tickets

Help picture below problem 18
Natali [406]

<u>Solution</u><u> </u><u>:</u><u>-</u>

This triangle is a right angled triangle as we can see ∠POC, has a right angled sign. Now, we will assume the missing angle to be x, thus,

25° + 90° + x = 180° ( Angle sum property of a triangle )

115° + x = 180°

x = 180° - 115°

x = 65°

Thus, the measure of missing angle is 65°.

Hope that helps. :D
