Propaganda is the spreading of information in support of a cause. This word is also often used in a negative sense but any campaign that is used to persuade can be called propaganda

It’s anti-Nazi propaganda showing how the Nazis harm women and children, as seen by their hands with claws. This is supposed to encourage men to fight the Nazis in order to protect their wives and children, as seen by the “Keep these hands off!”
