HIV is passed through blood and unprotected intercourse so the things to be avoid would be using condoms(or dental dams if lesbian/Bisexual.) these should be used in both oral (and other kinds of intercourse) you should also take careful care to not come into contact with the HIV positive spouse's bodily fluids(saliva is fine but all others should be avoided).
