A condom because not only does it not change the body's hormonal system it blocks any seminal fluid from entering the vaginal opening. Little fact: A condom is much better than the pill because when a person pees that excreted fluid will be released back into the environment also affecting fish populations. So when doing it, your best bet is using a condom because the pill ruins the environment and disrupts fish populations because they are unable to impregnate during mating seasons, which also affects us because we need more fish for the markets.

Heh, sorry for the long answer, I care for the environment.

QveST [7]

Answer:

Increasing the number of women receiving prenatal care

Explanation:

Prenatal care is the medical follow-up that every pregnant woman should have in order to maintain the integrity of the mother and baby's health conditions. Throughout pregnancy, laboratory tests are performed to identify and treat diseases that can harm the health of the mother or child. For this reason, prenatal care is a great strategy for decreasing child mortality. Thus we can conclude that a program designed to lower the child mortality rate in the United States would probably have the greatest impact if it focused on increasing the number of prenatal women.
