Medicare Advantage Plans refers to a form of medicare insurance plan provided by a private corporation that deals with Medicare deliver all of the benefits of Part A and Part B. Some Medicare Advantage Programs also provide the cost of prescribed medications. In both parts A and B, Original Medicare pays a fee, and coinsurance plus any Part D or Medigap costs. Medicare Advantage programs have all costs combined into one package. In the case where people participating in a Medicare Advantage Plan, the plan covers most of the Medicare services.
