It gives the authors a conclusion of how kenya is treating poverty and health. In this matter I would think the authors thinking that kenya is treating health and poverty as a serious issue because since they keep on advising people to have a net while they are sleeping in bed, it show that they really care about outcome of not having a bed net and they care for your health also

These include: injuries sustained by being a bystander in a shootout, injuries sustained in an apartment fire or even injuries sustained from being hit by a meteor.

Then as there are injuries that are intentional, there are those that are unintentional as well. These are those injuries that happen even though there was no intent to cause injury. Accidents including both home and motor vehicle fall under here.
