Which superhuman skill do Harrison and the ballerina gain during their dance

English
1 answer:
Eva8 [605]4 years ago
6 0

Answer:

As Harrison begins to dance with the ballerina, the hyperbole continues. They defy "the law of gravity and the laws of motion" as they ascend thirty feet high and kiss the ceiling.

The point of the dance is to show the unbounded potential of human achievement when people are allowed the freedom to be themselves, operate in their strengths, and follow their passions. By making everyone equal, Harrison's society has tethered its citizens to the ground, preventing them to reach the heights of which they are capable. The dance is the contrast to the society; it represents what life could be and should be without draconian governmental interference. It inspires readers to leave behind whatever is holding them back and have the courage to be who they are.

The incidences of elder abuse in the united states are
ira [324]

The incidences of elder abuse in the united states are increasing by about 75-150%

Elder abuse, also known as abuse of the elderly, is any act, whether one time or repeatedly, or a lack of appropriate action, that harms or distresses an elderly person while taking place in a relationship where there is a trusting expectation. This sort of violence, which encompasses physical, sexual, psychological, and emotional abuse as well as financial and material exploitation, abandonment, neglect, and severe loss of respect, constitutes a violation of human rights.

  • Elder abuse is a significant public health issue. According to a 2017 study of 52 studies from 28 different nations and distinct locations, one in six adults (or 15.7%) who are 60 years of age or older have experienced abuse in the previous year. The review offers prevalence estimates of the percentage of older persons impacted by various forms of abuse, notwithstanding the paucity of comprehensive data.
  • There are few statistics available on the severity of the issue in institutions like hospitals, nursing homes, and other long-term care facilities. However, a review of recent studies on the abuse of elderly people in institutions  shows that 64.2% of staff members admitted to abusing elderly individuals in the previous year.

Naddik [55]

Hi ThatRandomGuyyy,

Your Question:

Andrew has been asked to write an article for his school newspaper, focusing on the changes being made to the budget. In the past, 20% of the budget was designated for the sports programs at the school; however, now that amount will drop to 10%. Andrew is a student athlete, and participates on several sports teams at his school. How might this affect his objectivity of coverage? Write a full paragraph explaining your reasoning.

Answer:

So in the question its says 20% of the school funds goes to sports. If Andrew does sports on various teams. It will be a great loss and Andrew will probably have to cut some of the teams. If they cut the budget that means they wont be buying the much needed equipment. Sports are needed in every school. Schools can neglect this feature, all the kids are going to become even lazier than they were before. Sports give kids the opportunity to participate in school events and meet new friends. They should not cut the budget.

Hope This Helps!
