Well...it has to be about your self so....
Patients of hospitals with a high index of suspicion, and Healthcare providers that utilize needles ( primarily because blood from either can get into the wounds of one another).
Additionally I think servicemen are obligated to have one done on them. Additionally those who wish to donate blood are required to have a negative blood test.
The three types are:
1) Cardiac
2) Smooth
3) Skeletal/ Striated
