Although there are no options, a common act that's taken as very important to help maintain a work-life balance is to leave all work worries only for work time.
Work issues or problems should not interfere, or be present at all, during private time. It can be difficult to do this as someone may have been into the work the whole day, but activities that release stress such as sports, meditation, relaxing with the family, can help when trying to switch off from work.
