Delegates who met at the Annapolis thought they were meeting to discuss the fishing rights of the Pocomoke and Potomac and Chesapeake Bay.

Explanation:

George Washington called this meeting and later on it was called the mount Vernon conference. He had conducted this meeting near his house. He initially discussed the meeting to discuss the issues which were missing in the constitution.

The conference became a huge hit and it was advised to make similar efforts for other states as well to improve the living standard.

They formed the National Woman Suffrage Association, to push for a constitutional amendment giving women the right to vote. In 1872, Anthony was arrested for voting. She was tried and fined $100 for her crime.
