There was many things different in the new England and southern colonies like style to lived, agriculture and economics. Furthermore, southern colonies and New England had a total 13 colonies, which were completely different from each other.

The new England colonies are also called as the northern colonies. But the soil was very poor, which was not suitable for agriculture.
