People should be creative when working because it can help them understand different viewpoints and ways of looking at things. Being creative also means that you can think of new better ideas on how to make something better and more effective while still being fun. Being creative while working with others can also make the work environment more positive.
Being creative at work is showing others you have skills and you are able to share your creation. Being creative will make others look up to you as a role model. Being creative is being positive and keeps you going knowing you are not only doing it for your work but mostly for yourself. so keep up your excellency!!
