Or you can take another route, You can put up your property as Collateral, So if you dont pay your Loan/Bond they can take your property and sell it to a Auction/LandOwners so they get the cash they used to bail you out back.

The Industrial Revolution led to many changes. Work was massive and working conditions were totally unfair. Some examples were: minimal wages, underage kids were working, companies didn't pay taxes, workers were not safe, etc...

Thanks to the reforms, many concepts were introduced and laws were passed on that. This helped to regulate business practises. Companies couldn't evade taxes, workers made more wages and they could work in a healthier environment, working hours were normal ( 8 hours), children exploitation stopped.
