A car that drives on an icy road has to make a short stop. The one mentioned here is Newton's first law of motion (or law of inertia). It says that an object always has the tendency to remain in its original state of motion. A) The vehicle will skid outward when a car traveling on an icy road comes to a sharp bend, the car will skid outward as it turns.
