How do I determine whether 3x-4y+7=3y is a linear equation and how do I write it in standard form?? (I learned this already but
Pani-rosa [81]

Equation of the straight line can be given in more form. The most common forms are implicit (general or standard) form ax+by+c=0 and explicit form y=kx+i, where k is line coefficient and l is cut which line made on the y axis. If k>0 then the angle that takes straight line with the positive direction to the x axis is sharp and if k<0 then the angle that takes straight line with positive direction to the x axis is obtuse. In you case you only need to form one monomial with variable y in the given equation in the following way: 3x-4y+7=3y => add to both side (-3y) and you get 3x-4y-3y+7=3y-3y finally we get implicit or general 3x-7y+7=0. If is it necessary to transform from the implicit into the explicit form we will do this in the following way: 3x-7y+7=0 add to both side expression (-3x-7) => 3x-3x-7y+7-7=-3x-7 => divide both side with (-7) => y= (-3x-7)/ (-7) => finally we get y=3/7 x + 1 ( in our case coefficient of direction k=3/7 and the cut which line is made3 on the y axis l=1). Its display in the decartes coordinate system is given in one of the already given answers.

Opal wanted to make some necklaces and sell them at a craft store. She made 37 necklaces and each necklace had somewhere between
alexandr402 [8]

The total number of beads used in making 37 necklaces is between 2,664 beads and 2,849 beads.

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, as given: The number of necklace made by Opal = 37

The least number of bead used in each necklace = 72

So, if each necklace is made using the least number of beads then,

The total number of beads used in 37 necklace = 37 x ( beads in 1 necklace)

= 37 x 72 = 2,664 beads

So, the least number of total beads used in 37 necklaces = 2,664 beads

The highest number of bead used in each necklace = 77

So, if each necklace is made using the highest number of beads then,

The total number of beads used in 37 necklace = 37 x ( beads in 1 necklace)

= 37 x 77 = 2,849 beads

So, if highest number of total beads used in 37 necklaces = 2,849 beads

Hence, the total number of beads used in making 37 necklaces is between 2,664 beads and 2,849 beads.

What is the benchmark fraction of 7/10 x 16
Tomtit [17]
Lets change "16" by its to 16/1 .. since nothing can't help support 16 by itself when it is going into 7/10

Now that we change that ... your problem becomes 7/10 × 16/1

7/10 × 16/1 = 11 1/5

Because
7(16) / 10(1) = 112/10
Now lets go. to how we solve the for the answer

112/10 = 11 1/5

A rectangle is formed by placing two identical squares side by side
julsineya [31]

Answer:

200

Step-by-step explanation:

If there are 2 squares next to eachother with the same area, then their perimeter is 6*sidelength.

60 = 6*sidelength

10 = sidelength

Square the sidelength to find the area of the square. 10^2 = 100

Multiply that by 2 to find the area of the rectangle. 100*2 =

200
