The Occupational Outlook Handbook is published by United States Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics since 1948. It is a biennially publication and the handbook is not under copyright. It has been reproduced by other publishers along with some additional info. The information in the handbook include all the aspects listed in the Option A, B and C but not Option D. The print edition of the handbook has ceased since after 2011 and it is currently published in digital format and is available for free of charge from the Bureau of Labor Statistic's website.
