An architect has his floor plan for a house he is building. The foundation for the house has already been laid and measures 300

feet. If the scale in his drawing is 25 feet=1 inch, how long is the house on his floor plan? PLEASE HELP ME. I NEED TO KNOW THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (: thank you

$\frac{300}{x} = \frac{25}{1}$ Cross multiply and you get 300=25x. Divide each side by 25 and you get 12. it would be 12 inches
