You actually can drink Yoohoo as long as your lactose intolerance is not in serious condition. However, if you are not sure about your lactose intolerance, we recommend you not to drink it.

EXPLANATION:

Fun fact, we all have lactose intolerant. We just don’t think to brush off the gas and bloating as no big deal. It is only 65% of the population who are diagnosed with lactose intolerance. The ones who have lactose intolerance might feel uncomfortable condition such as diarrhea, a lot of gas and bloating after eating or drinking dairy product. If you feel those uncomfortable conditions after consuming dairy products and you think that you can’t handle it because it is just too painful, you might have a serious condition of lactose intolerance.

Back to your question whether you can drink Yoohoo or not, Yoohoo is a dairy product. It is made from water, cocoa, whey from milk, non-fat dry milk, sodium caseinate from milk, palm oil, natural and artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup, and many more. If you crave for it, you can take a sip of it. Just to make sure that Yooho won’t harm your lactose intolerance.

Having lactose intolerance doesn’t mean that you can’t eat dairy products at all. Experts give a list of dairy products which are safe to be consumed by the ones with lactose intolerance. Those are:

· Aged cheese such as parmesan

· Probiotic yogurt

· Butter

· Kefir or quark

· Goat’s milk

Brrunno [24]
I'm football when a team is on the defense they often go into a formation known as zone. When in this formation, each player covers a certain area. This way instead of having to cover a specific player, they have the ability to cover multiple players of the opposing team, point them out to their teammates, and better predict where/how the opposing team will move or what they plan to do. Although this isn't the most effective position for protecting from runs, it is very effective at protecting from passes. This is because when in zone formation, the defense is mostly playing the field, meaning they are almost all in the field preventing the Quarterback from making effective passing plays.
