The enzyme that restores ADP back to ATP is called ATP SYNTHASE. 
ATP Synthase is located in the inner membrane of the mitochondria and its major function is to catalyze the phosphorylation of ADP to ATP. ATP is the energy currency of the cell, the cells utilize it carry out their biochemical reaction.
