all men are created equal means that all people should be given the same natural rights

Explanation:

after the amercian revolution, the u.s. was paranoid of our rights being taken away from us again, so, we implemented that all men are created equal. It didn't matter if you're the president or a homeless man on the street corner, we're all created equal and therefore are all provided with the same natural rights (life, liberty, pursuit of happiness) as given to us in the declaration of independence
