The cell cycle describes the activities of a cell that include cellular growth and cell division.

The cell cycle is a series of events that take place in a cell as it grows and divides . A cell spends most of its time in what is termed as interphase, and during this time, it grows, replicates its chromosomes and prepares for cell division.

The cell then leaves interphase, undergoes mitosis and completes cell division. The resulting daughter cells will each enter their own interphase and begin a new round of the  cell cycle.

3.Whenever the surfaces in contact tend to move or move with respect to each other, the force of friction comes into playRequire
fredd [130]

Answer:

The correct answer is - Friction occurs irrespective of the state of the matter.

Explanation:

Friction is the force that takes place when there are two different surfaces slide or moves across one another and causes a resistance between surfaces. The friction always takes place opposite direction to the other surface direction of moving.

Pushing a book on a table, pulling a heavy cart on road all are examples of friction. The friction that occurs in liquids and gases is called fluid friction. Thus, the friction takes place irrespective of the state of the matter.

Answer is C) - Nuclear power produces no carbon dioxide emissions unlike coal or oil power production.

Nuclear power use natural Uranium to make energy and water is used as cooling process. Hence, nuclear power production uses natural resources.

The waste is very harmful in nuclear power production. That should be managed by a proper way.

Although nuclear power can produce a huge energy, the availability of nuclear power is less than coal and fossil fuels.

But the greatest benefit of nuclear power is, it does not emit carbon dioxide which contributes to global warming.
