s $865 billion, and Gross Private Domestic Investment (I) is $379 billion. Net foreign factor income (NFFI) is $ 10 billion. What are net exports (NX)? That is, what is the numerical value of net exports? If the answer is a positive number, you don't need to write + before the number. If the answer is a negative number, then make sure you write a - (minus) sign before the number.

Answer: -$45 billion.

Explanation:

Net Exports refers to Exports out of a country less imports into the country and it is a component of GDP using the Expenditure method. The other components include Government Spending, Investment and Consumption all of which are given in the above question.

The Net Exports are therefore;

GDP = Consumption + Investment + Government Spending + Net Exports

3,542 = 2,343 + 865 + 379 + Net Exports

3,542 = 3,587 + Net Exports

Net Exports = 3,542 - 3,587

Net Exports = -$45 billion

The Net Exports are negative which means that more goods were imported than were exported.

For her purchase, Nadine selects the best deal from two coupon codes offered by a store, one that she received by email and one
sashaice [31]

Considering the situation described above, the marketing technique Nadine is benefiting from is known as the "<u>Omnichannel strategy</u>."

This is because the Omnichannel strategy allows business firms to meet their customers' needs right at the point where they are.

Thus, in this case, where Nadine selects the best deal from two coupon codes offered by a store, one that she received by email and one from a text, is a form of Omnichannel strategy.

This is because Nadine got her products or sales right without necessarily moving to the store.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that the correct answer is the <u>Omnichannel strategy.</u>

Assume France and Mali can both produce grain and dates, and that the only limited resource is the farming labor force, meaning
soldi70 [24.7K]

Answer:

In France:

Farmer can produce = 10 metric tons of grain or 5 metric tons of dates in a season

In Mali:

Farmer can produce = 10 metric tons of grain or 25 metric tons of dates.

(1) Mali has the absolute advantage in producing dates because Mali produces more metric tons of dates than France from the same level resources.

(2) No country has an absolute advantage in producing grain because same amount of grain were produced by both the countries with the same level of resources.

(3) Opportunity cost of dates in France = \frac{10}{5}

                                                                 = 2 grain

Opportunity cost of dates in Mali = \frac{10}{25}

                                                       = 0.4 grain

Therefore, Mali's opportunity cost of producing dates is lower than France, so Mali has a comparative advantage in producing dates.

(4) Opportunity cost of grain in France =  \frac{5}{10}

                                                                = 0.5 dates

Opportunity cost of grain in Mali = \frac{25}{10}

                                                      = 2.5 dates

Therefore, France's opportunity cost of producing grains is lower than Mali, so France has a comparative advantage in producing grains.

Velma contracts with Gordon, who agrees to build a stone retaining wall and French drain on her property. The wall and drain are
dlinn [17]

Answer:

Mitigate her damages.

Explanation:

In this scenario, Velma contracts with Gordon, who agrees to build a stone retaining wall and French drain on her property. The wall and drain are necessary to prevent erosion of her land, which is falling into the creek on her property at a rapid rate. If Gordon breaches the contract by failing to get to work, Velma is under a legal obligation to mitigate her damages.

Velma has the legal rights and responsibilities to make sure she does anything humanly possible to reduce or lessen the damages to her property.

She could sue Gordon for not getting to work or failing to start work thereby causing more damage.
