During the germinal stage, the cells divide intensively. The zygote divide during the process of cleavage, and forms two blastomeres, which then divides into four cells, and so on.
During the embryonic stage, cells continue to divide rapidly and are also differentiated to perform various functions. Ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm are formed, as the three germ layers.
Till week 8. the process of differentiation continues, and a fetus develops from the embryo, during this time.

RNA primers must be present on which strand during DNA synthesis? See Section 15.3 (Page) . View Available Hint(s) RNA primers m
Aleks04 [339]

Answer:

Both leading and lagging strands

Explanation:

DNA replication is the enzyme of DNA replication that forms new DNA strands. However, the enzyme cannot start the process of synthesis of new DNA strands by itself but needs small primers. Primers are the small RNA sequences synthesized by RNA primase on both leading and lagging strands.

These primers are elongated by DNA polymerase by the addition of deoxyribonucleotides according to the sequence of the template strand. Since DNA replication on both lagging and leading strand is carried out by DNA polymerase, RNA primers are present on both lagging and leading strands.

Describe how a metamorphic rock might become a sedimentary rock over time.
Darya [45]

Answer: Geologic Eplift and Erosion

Explanation: This happens due to geologic uplift and the erosion of the rock and soil above them. At the surface, metamorphic rocks will be exposed to weathering processes and may break down into sediment. These sediments could then be compressed to form sedimentary rocks, which would start the entire cycle again.

Good luck! You are smart and you can accomplish anything!

The phase of mitosis in which the chromosomes condense and centrosomes move to opposite poles of the cell is
Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Answer:

The correct answer is - Anaphase.

Explanation:

Cell division can be either mitosis or meiosis. Mitosis cell division has these phases:

A. Interphase - non-dividing phase with to G1, S and G2 sub phase. In this genetic material doubles and cell size increases.

B. Prophase- chromosomes shorten and condense by coiling. Centrioles move in opposite directions.

C. Metaphase - spindle fibres bind to kinetochores and pulls it the chromosomes on the equator of the spindle forms a plate called the metaphase plate.

D. Anaphase- these get condense and centromeres split into two and the spindle fibres pull the daughter centromeres to opposite poles.

E. Telophase is the last phase of Mitosis.
