It resulted in cultural assimilation of the Indigenous Indian tribes and this resulted in the introduction of the Indian tribes into the Mexican government. However, the policy of the United Staes was different as the settlers from the country craved new land for cotton production. They force the native tribes and took their land. When the conflict became severe they used force and ultimately win the territory.
