Malnutrition- A condition of weakness and poor health that results from not eating enough food or from eating food without the proper nutrients.

This was a kid definition basically to break it down for you :-)

Also another way to know the definition is by looking at the Root Words. If you didn't know, Mal means Bad and nutrition is basically vitamins you need in able to survive. So put one and one together and you get Bad Nutrition.
